Eternal bouquets are made from high-quality preserved or artificial florals designed to hold their shape and color for years — often indefinitely with normal care. No water, sunlight, or maintenance required.

How is the price determined?

Every bouquet is quoted individually based on size, bloom count, color palette, ribbon style, add-ons, and lead time. After you send an inquiry with your details, Melly provides a custom quote before anything is confirmed.

How far in advance should I order?

For most custom orders, 1–2 weeks ahead is recommended. During peak seasons (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, graduation season), earlier is always better to ensure availability. Rush orders may be possible — just ask.

What can I customize?

Almost everything: flower types, colors, ribbon style and message, theme (characters, school colors, XV, etc.), bloom count, and add-ons like plush centerpieces, butterflies, or personalized keepsake elements.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes — local pickup and delivery options are available. Delivery details and availability are confirmed at the time of your order. Mention your location and preferred option when you inquire.

How do deposits and payments work?

A deposit may be required to secure your order date and hold your design slot. The remaining balance is due before pickup or delivery. All payment instructions are sent privately after your quote is confirmed.
